Admission Eligibility

High School Graduates

In order to be admitted to the Regents BA program a student must have graduated from high school at least four years ago. For example, a student graduating from high school in June 1999 would be eligible for admission to the Regents program beginning July 2003.

GED Students

Students who have passed a high school equivalency examination are eligible for admission four years after their high school class graduated.

Transfer Students

Eligible students may transfer into the Regents Program from other institutions or from other majors within WVU if they have a grade point average of 2.00 or higher. Students transferring from other institutions should have official transcripts from those institutions sent to the RBA Office.
